Wordpress pages are static because it's not change often.
How to add new page
To add new page in wordpress
Go to pages->Add new in admin panel of wordpress.
Then U find a page like this
Here you see two field like name and Content.
Fill all the field then click on the publish button.
How to edit page
To edit a page in wordpress go to All pages->Edit
How to delete page
To delete a page in wordpress go to All pages->Trash
